1. What size of pompoms should I choose?

The size of the pompoms (S - XL) is given by the length of the pompom stripe from the middle to the end. Size S represents the radius of the pom 10 cm, so the total size is 20 cm. Size M has stripe length 15 cm - total pom size is then 30 cm. Size L - stripe length is 20 cm so total pom size is 40 cm. And finally size XL has stripe length 25 cm, so total size of pom is 50 cm. 2. What type of handle do your pompoms have?

We offer only pompoms with the X-Baton which is basically a plastic stick in the middle of the pompom. The foil stripes are attached to both ends of the pompom. See picture below.

3. How long does it take until I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on availability of goods. You can see the availability in each product detail and also in your shopping cart in each product row.

If all selected products are in stock, we ship the order usually in 1 - 2 business days. Please note that occasionally it can take up to one week. Therefore, if you need your order to be delivered fast, please let us know!

If product is not in stock, especially if the availability is "on demand", please don't hesitate to contact us prior to order to find out the delivery time. This is with some goods that we order from abroad (for example from US) and we don't  have access to suppliers goods availability dates.
