If your order exceeds 15 kg, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Are you a VAT payer? Contact us and you can shop without VAT. Unfortunately, our system can't do that automatically.
For Germany, we are a registered supplier in LUCID - packaging register for packaging materials control.
Conditions for returning goods:
The goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging and always with a completed form or a note with order number if the form is filled online. Wrap the shoes with the box in another package, do not glue the tape directly to the box. Keep your proof of return (delivery card) until we confirm that the goods have come back to us. We only refund the price of the goods, not the shipping costs.
